Capital Tab acts solely as a Financial Consultant and Advisor. Our role is to assist clients in preparing their financial profiles and connecting them with potential Lenders (Banks, NBFCs, Venture Capitalists, etc.).

4. Fees and Payments

We charge a Consulting Fee for our professional services. The specific fee structure will be communicated to you via a separate agreement or mandate letter before the commencement of services.

• This fee is for our advisory, documentation, and liaison services.
• Payment terms will be strictly according to the invoice raised by CAPITALTAB ADVISORY PRIVATE LIMITED.

5. No Guarantee of Funding

While we strive to connect you with the best financial solutions, Capital Tab does not guarantee the approval of any loan, funding, or investment.

Final approval is at the sole discretion of the Lender/Financial Institution based on their internal credit policies, your credit score, and financial health. We are not liable for any rejection of applications by third-party lenders.

6. User Data and Documentation

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the consultation process. Any submission of false, forged, or misleading documents (such as fake ITRs or Bank Statements) will lead to immediate termination of services and potential legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CAPITALTAB ADVISORY PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising out of the use of our services.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, CAPITALTAB ADVISORY PRIVATE LIMITED and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Capital Tab. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gautam Buddha Nagar (Greater Noida), Uttar Pradesh for the resolution of any disputes.
